After we explained about Graduate School GP, we had question-and-answer about enrollment in Graduate School. But no one had any questions.
We gave them another explanation that even non-degree nurses can go to Graduate School. Above all, we emphasized applicant deadline is Dec 19th for examination of qualification for applicants.
We explained that we consider graduate students working in daytime to build environment for learning. We have provided a lecture on weekend or at night and offered distance education with FCS and TV conference system. However they seem to be busy on weekend. Because most doctors work in mainland of Okinawa on weekday cover some special department like Obstetrics, Neurology, Psychosomatic medicine, Otolaryngology, Urology at Kume land Public Hospital on Saturday. Accordingly nurses are required to fit in their schedule. That’s the characteristic of this hospital. We realized our consideration is not effective for them. Even chief nurses notify the nurses of this session they were very busy at work and couldn’t show up. As a result we need to reconsider strategy of providing study opportunity for them.
