島嶼保健看護実習 実習計画書

【自己の課題】
太平洋諸島の島嶼地区の海外実習において、看護職がどのような現任教育・研修を受け、保健看護活動をどのように展開しているのか、看護職の役割について学ぶ。また、高齢者の整形外科的疾患についてどのような特徴があり、島嶼における中核病院として退院指導の取り組みと、どのような職種と連携して展開しているのか把握し、その課題と方策につて学ぶ。また、地域特性を把握し、宮古地域と比較し相違点を学ぶ。
どのような災害があり、病院としての災害対策の取り組みと、災害対策での看護師の役割について学ぶ。
【実習目標】
１）グアム
グアム・北マリアナ地域の保健看護の状況、看護教育及び看護職の現任教育の
現状について学ぶ。
グアムHC・メモリアルホスピタルの役割と機能、看護職の役割について学ぶ。
高齢者の整形外科的疾患の特徴を知り、その退院指導の取り組みについて学ぶ。
災害時の取り組みについて学ぶ。
２）サイパン・テニアン
高齢者の整形外科的疾患の患者状況と地域特性について知り、退院指導について
の取り組みについて学ぶ。
災害時の取り組みについて学ぶ。
【実習内容】
１）グアム
University of Guam：
大学の看護教育で島嶼に関する看護教育・研修や実習などの取り組み
継続教育として看護師への現任教育プログラムについて
Guam Central Public Health and Social Services・ Guam Memorial Hospital
看護職の役割について
・退院指導の院内の取り組みについて
・退院支援時、他職種との連携について（看護サマリーなどの記録用紙の使用状況）
患者状況と地域特性についての現状と課題
・高齢者における整形外科的疾患の患者状況
・離島からの患者受け入れ状況について
・退院後、再骨折し入院する患者状況
災害時、病院の対策はどのようになっているか（院内マニュアルはあるのか等）
２）Saipan Commonwealth Health Center
退院時、病院や自宅・老健施設との連携について（退院支援について学ぶ）
住民の健康問題・地域特性 高齢者整形外科的疾患の患者状況や在宅ケアについて学ぶ
HCの役割・機能、看護職の役割について学ぶ。
災害時の対策はどのようになっているのかを学ぶ。
訪問看護の内容、看護師の役割とケアについて学ぶ。
