研修課題
太平洋諸島の島嶼地区であるグアム・北マリアナ地区の保健看護と
現任教育の現状を把握する。
グアム・サイパンにある基幹病院の機能を把握するとともに、地域
またはテニアンの診療所の看護活動の実際を学ぶ。
グアム・サイパン・テニアンにおける巡回診療・訪問看護の実際を
把握する。
見学研修を通して、島嶼保健看護における、ナースプラクティショナー
（NP）の活動の意義を考察する。
研修方法
博士前期課程の島嶼保健看護実習（海外実習）に同行し、
研修課題に沿って見学研修をする。
研修課題について考察し、レポートを作成する。

Training subject：
１．To understand the health nursing and continue education in Guam・Saipan and Tinian of the pacific islands.
２．To study the function of main hospitals in Guam・Saipan and understand the current activity of the nursing care in remote area and clinic in Tinian．
３．To understand the mobile medical services and home nursing care in Guam・Saipan and Tinian.
４．To understand the significance of the activities of nurse practitioner (NP) in island health nursing through training.
Training method：
１．Training is carried out according to training subjects in company with the students taking Island Health Nursing of the first half course of Doctoral Course.
２．After training, the training subjects are considered and the report is prepared.
